Firewire Creeper Model

A brand new Firewire Creeper Model came in store today – part of the new range designed by Rob Machado the ‘Creeper’  is the first of a few new models we will see on our racks shortly. The outline of this board  definitely gives a nod to single fin shapes of the 1970.  A fuller nose with a forward wide point that draws back into a curvy rounded pin tail with plenty of area.  This particularly curved tail shape has been tailored to provide effortless glide while allowing for quick direction changes. The Creeper has quite a low a low entry rocker which helps the board glide into & along waves with minimal resistance – helping you to get into waves super early and have speed to burn right off the bat.  Part of an excititng new rang that Firewire are doing with Rob Machado – here are a few pics to wet your appetite 😉 Full listing of all the Firewire surfboards that we have in stock at the moment can be found here ONLINE – each board is individually listed and photographed for you...

Slay it in the slop with a Rusty T-Dwart

Slay it in the slop with a Rusty T-Dwart.  It’s no secret, the waves have been predominantly darn average of late.  Average enough to make one really loose motivation – but the Rusty T-Dwart may just be solution you need when the ocean is not playing ball. The T- Dwart perfectly combines the best elements of a fun groveller with  a few distinct feature of more high performance shapes. This board paddles easily & glides along the face of the wave effortlessly, but still allows the rider to turn hard off the bottom and draw more vertical lines. The T-Dwart has a fuller outline up front that tapers into a tidier back half with a double wing round tail.  This outline combined with a performance rail & a nicely balanced rocker means that this is a quick & agile board to surf.  This board does not need much push to get going and really connects the dots between steeper sections with ease.  Disjointed and choppy conditions – no problem, you’ll be speeding between pockets and easily traversing sections while still being able to crank a decent turn when the right section presents itself. Come and check out our range of Rusty Surfboards in store or...
